Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes it's necessary to return or exchange an item.

Purchased items can be returned in their original, unworn, unused, unopened condition for a store credit. We accept returns within 14 days of the original ship date. All returns are verified before store credit is issued. Items returned that do not match the stated return conditions will be discarded and credit will not be issued.

Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, panties, g-strings, thongs, shapewear, bathing suits, bikinis, swimsuits, earrings, gift cards, and all items marked final sale or clearance

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that we have sent you incorrect items or you have received damaged merchandise please notify us here through our website immediately so that we may assist you in resolving the issue in a variety of ways. Inquiries regarding sales or transactions made through this website will not be answered via Facebook, Twitter, or any other social platform.

Items purchased here must be returned here and are ineligible for return through any of our partner sites or our brick and mortar retail locations.
